Music is my passion, and every year at holiday time, I compile an annotated list of my Top Ten albums of the year to share with my friends and colleagues. I like all kinds of music, and my lists reflect those eclectic tastes. Unlike other year-end top ten lists, mine features more obscure releases that are unlikely to make it on the Billboard or Rolling Stone year end lists... or most critics' lists for that matter. I try to include work by artists that most of my friends might not have heard about, and I'm always thrilled when I hear that I've helped someone make a connection with a new favorite artist.
